Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born in the year 1996) is an American actor who is most well popular for her portrayal of the role of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence and The Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. Her work also garnered acclaim due to her groundbreaking television debut as Eleni Andros Cooper in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. A few of her most memorable films are 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a film with Vlas Parlapanides (the couple who wrote the Immortals) is believed to be in production. The actress is also working on a new series called Gods & Heroes.
